Day 17

So I was off the program for 5 days last week because I had to take antibiotics for a cold! But So far I'm at 15 lbs lost! There are noticeable differences in my waist! I'm very excited for more weight loss to come!

Update!

I've lost 2 inches around my breast, 2 inches around my waist, 2 1/2 inches on my hips, 1 inch on each thigh, and 1 inch on each arm! I'm really excited to get on the scale tomorrow! I know I was supposed to have a video up today, but I'm having technical difficulties with Youtube! I'll do my best to have one up soon!

Day 10 Success

Finally Reached 13 pounds this morning! I'm so excited to be in the teens, haha! Today is Day 10, and 8 days without the 2 binge days! I can honestly say, I'm losing weight more rapidly than I have with any of my past 3 protocols. That's very exciting. In addition, yesterday I rode the bike at the gym for only 10 minutes then left haha. I just want to give my body a boost, just incase a plateau is trying to sneak up on me!

More Food and Recipes I made this week :)


Chicken Fajita without the Tortilla! Makes 2 servings
--3 Chicken breasts
-- 2 Tomatoes
-- 2 Celery Stalks
-- 3 Green Onion Stalks
--1 Green Pepper
--Perfect Pinch Lemon Pepper Seasoning
--Perfect Pinch Fiesta Citrus Seasoning

Instructions:
--I like to bake my chicken in the oven for 50 min on 350 then when its done, I put my chopped veggies in the skillet for a few minutes and I season with sea salt then add the chicken to warm it all together!



Meat Loaf!
NO breadcrumbs, NO egg, NO milk, NO worries!
Makes 8 Slices
--1 Pack of low sodium Meat Loaf Seasoning
--1 lb of 93%+ lean beef
--2 celery stalks
--3 green onion stalks
--2 green onions
--Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes on 350!

Vacation

So, I'm going on vacation next week and staying at the historic, Queen Mary Hotel! The hardest part about vacation is planning your meals while you're there, especially when you're not the one preparing them! So I'm on the hotel's website looking at their menus, and writing out what I'm going to eat everyday! Some things include, cheese, sauces, and sides, So I will have to substitute when I get there!

In addition, I'm at 11 pounds lost today after only 8 days on the program!!

Day 7 (2 Binge days + 5 diet days)

Woke up this morning, I am down a total of 9.4 pounds!!! I've been sticking to the foods in the book and I eat 5 times a day, and when I have evening urges, I drink a vitamin water or some water, instead of snacking on veggies or fruit after 8pm!

Also, I was watching Anderson Live a few days ago and Dr. Ramani Durvasula has a book called "You are WHY you eat" (click the link for more info) and She is saying most people overeat because of emotions instead of actually being hungry. So before you get that snack after lunch or in the evening, ask yourself the FLABS test. "Am I eating because I'm Frustrated, Lonely, Anxious, Bored, or Sad!?" Don't let your emotions make you eat when you're not hungry, because food can't heal them!

Day 5: (2 Binge Days + 3 Diet Days) & my FIESTA BEEF RECIPE

So today is my 5th day back on the Bouari Clinic 60 day Protocol and I have already lost 6 1/2 lbs! The first 3 days are not included because 2 were Binge or "Fat Loading" days, and the 3rd was the first day of the diet! So substantially 6 1/2 lbs in two daysss!! I get more excited to see the scale everyday! Here's what I have eaten so far today including a recipe for my lunch earlier.


Breakfast: 1 chicken breast and 3 strawberries
Snack: 1 cup of Broccoli and 1 orange
Lunch: My favorite, Signature dish haha! "Fiesta Beef" over Whole Green Beans (recipe below)
Snack: I plan to have an apple soon!!
Dinner: I'm making lemon-peppered Tilapia! (I'll include a picture later on or tomorrow with the recipe!)

Fiesta Beef over Green Beans
 


Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
-- 1 lb of 93%+ Lean Beef
--3 Green Onion stalks
--1 Green Pepper
--2 Tomatoes
--Perfect Pinch Fiesta Citrus (Salt-FREE seasoning)
--Sea Salt (Season to your taste standards)
--1 Bag or 3 cups of Long Green Beans

1) Dice the tomatoes, green pepper, and cut the green onion in small pieces
2) Season your hamburger meat and cook til redness is gone, then add ingredients
3) Layer the Fiesta Beef over the green beans
4) Voila! Enjoy!

Melting Away

Goodmorning!!!

I weighed in this morning and I have lost 3.8 lbs, OVERNIGHT. I am so excited!! Here's what I'm going to eat today:

Breakfast: 1 cup of Green Beans, 1 Orange
Snack: 3 large strawberries
Lunch: 4 oz of Top Sirloin, veggie
Snack: 1 apple
Dinner: Chicken Salad, made with fresh spinach instead of lettuce!


It feels so good to be eating healthy again. I now have more energy and I feel better every morning since I've eaten better. I will have a video up in 10 days, for my 2 week progress!!

Day 3!! Success Is Coming!

This was my 1st day back on the diet, after the 2 binge days! Here is what I ate today!


Breakfast: 1 Chicken Breast and 2 large Strawberries (Vitamin Water)
Snack: 1 cup of Broccoli and 3 large Strawberries (Bottled Water)
Lunch: 1 Chicken Breast and Broccoli (Bottled Water)
Snack: None today (Bottled Water)
Dinner: 5 oz of 93% lean hamburger, green beans and 4 Large Strawberries (Vitamin Water)


And I plan to not snack on any fruit tonight. I want tomorrow's scale reading to be perfect, because I'm really trying hard to lose weight (again).
