Day 16

I've lost 13 pounds :)

 I've been eating mostly chicken, with some days of top sirloin or lean beef, and I switch up my seasonings all the time. I spent $30 on new seasonings, I use Weber seasonings which are made with sea salt and at great flavor to my food! I want to start adding  15 min of Shaun T Hip Hop abs, because I like being active and I want to add some excitement.

Day 6

I've already lost 5 lbs! Here's what I've ate today!


Breakfast: 2 pieces of chicken breast lunchmeat and an apple
Lunch: Chipotle Chicken Bowl (Grilled chicken, green pepers, pico de gallo, and lettuce)
Snack-A couple pieces of beef jerky
Dinner: I'm going to have Steak Fajitas with just Steak strips, onion, green pepper, and tomato!

I also found a really good beverage combination!

Tejava (unsweetened black tea) mixed with Lemon Perrier and 3 packs of Truvia = Lemon tea!

Fall 2013

Ginger Chicken Stir Fry



This is one of my favorite things to make, with my own twist!
--Bake chicken breast for 50 minutes with Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic seasoning! (Its made with sea salt so it's ok for this diet!)
--Chop red pepper, green onion, and green pepper
--For about 10 minutes, Put these veggies in a pan and cook with a little Soy Sauce
--I also like to use Steamables Broccoli and add that to the veggies when they've cooked awhile
--Enjoy!

Day 7

Today is Day 7, or Day 5 without the two binge days. I have already lost 9 lbs :) Very excited to be losing weight again! I'm only doing the Protocol for 1 month this time, So I can begin working out sooner!

4th Protocol (Continuation) :)

Ok so I started my 4th protocol today (again) after taking a break due to plateauing for weeks! So this time I plan to finish this protocol all the way through, and lose some more weight! Leave a comment if you have any questions about the clinic and the Bouari Protocol.
