Day 16

I've lost 13 pounds :)

 I've been eating mostly chicken, with some days of top sirloin or lean beef, and I switch up my seasonings all the time. I spent $30 on new seasonings, I use Weber seasonings which are made with sea salt and at great flavor to my food! I want to start adding  15 min of Shaun T Hip Hop abs, because I like being active and I want to add some excitement.
