Maintenance

Round 2 of the program was a great success for me but the weigh tloss wasn't as substantial as I would have liked it to be. So I am extending my maintenance through the end of the year, to trick my body into forgetting about the Advantage Spray. I will start the program fresh, January 1st! I've been working out trying to lose as much weight on my own, before I start again! I hope all is well with everyone!

Day 60: Round 2!!

As of this morning I have lost 21 more pounds on this second round! In total I have lost 67 pounds in about 4 1/2 months!! I started at 330 and now I'm 263!!!! I am starting maintenance tomorrow! I wanna thank the Bouari Clinic for their support as well as God, my family, friends, and anyone that follows my blog! Thank you all for continuing to encourage and support me! I am still going to blog and I plan to do a 3rd round before the end of this year! Stay tuned for bigger and better things!!

119 days In!!

So this morning I weighed in at 266.4 pounds, all the way from 330.2!! Since Monday I have lost 3 1/2 more pounds! I decided to cut out red meat for awhile and my nurse suggested that I don't eat any more Bouari bars this week! So far those 2 changes have helped my weight loss to beat the plateau! Usually it would have taken me the whole week to lose 3 1/2 pounds! I am 36.4 pounds from losing my first 100 pounds!! I also had a new tuna creation, I will have to post a pic soon!!

16 more pounds later!!

Today I went in for my 2 week follow-up. I met Mr. Emile Bouari, himself! He said I'm popular in the clinic and they love me. Haha that was soooo inspiring and I'm so happy to have everyone in the clinic in my life! In addition, in the last 2 weeks I have lost 6 more inches on my body and 6 pounds! In the 36 days that I've been on the protocol for the 2nd time, I have lost 16 pounds! In total I have lost 62 pounds and almost 39 inches in almost 4 months!!!! I am truly blessed!! I'm doing an apple day today, to jump start my weight loss and I also am cutting out red meat for awhile! Wish me luck!

Day 28: Round two

My weightloss is pretty consistent and I'm very happy with it! I'm almost to my second goal of 75 pounds lost. Just 16 more to go! My overall NEW goal is now 165. The more weight I lose, I always change my goal even lower hahaha. I plan to be in a two-piece bikini next spring break on Miami Beach, and I wanna look DAMN good in my bikini. I am now at 59 pounds lost (13 lbs on round 2)!  Thanks for the support that you all still give me!

Day 24 round two

So this morning I weighed in at 272.8 that is 11.4 lbs in 24 days and 57 1/2 lbs in total!! I feel so blessed and I feel beautiful and more great every day!!

Day 19 and 7 pounds :)

This time I'm losing close to a 1/2 lb a day! I'm glad that I can still lose weight given that this is the 2nd time around! My next appt is Monday! I will let you all know my measurements and new weight then!


edit: Today is also my 100th day with the Bouari Clinic!! 53 pounds in that amount of time is unbelievable! I'm sooo grateful.

Day 8: Round 2

I know its been a week since my last post but I am doing great. During my binge I gained 3 pounds (which is actually good for a binge!) and went up to 287.8 and during this week that I have been on the program my weight has dropped to 279.8 so I have officially reached my first goal of 50 pounds!!!! I am very excited because I am 99 1/2 pounds from my original goal of 180! I can't believe that I have come all the way from 330 pounds in 89 days! My next small goal is to reach 75 pounds So I can't wait! In addition, I will have a 10 day video up pretty soon!!

Thankful

I just wanted to take a second and thank all of you for consistently checking my blog and my videos and supporting me through this journey! I'm posting this picture below and I'm amazed at how many people I have reached in 82 days! I'm shocked that I started my blog by giving the information to 10 of my friends and it has gone global! Thank you all for believing in me and I won't let you down and most importantly I won't let myself down! We are going to do this together!


Maintenance Day 20-- Binge Day 1

So I've decided not to do a video because I don't have a whole lot of new info, but I will write about it! I'm still at almost 47 pounds and I lost an additional 1/2 inch on my left thigh! Today was my last consultation for 3 weeks and I will be starting the protocol again for round 2, starting today (instead of wednesday)!! I'm really excited. I've decided that instead of eating fatty foods on these 2 binge days, I'm going to take fish oil tablets. I was at the grocery store today trying to find fatty foods to eat on the binge days and I ended up with 73% fatty hamburger meat, taco salsa, and tortillas. I looked at that food in my basket and I couldn't see myself even eating it, so I put it back!!!! But I did get chocolate brownies! I'm going to eat normally, take the fish oil pills (to wake up the fat) and the chocolate brownies! I will have a new video up by Day 10, but I will continue to blog like I did in the beginning! So here we go again, Round 2 Bouari Clinic Protocol! Let's go!!!

Maintenance Day 9 :)

Today is the 9th day that I've been on maintenance, but the 11th day that I've been off the program. I'm still losing weight, 286 this morning. 44 pounds! Pretty excited :) yesterday I went to the gym and I took a picture below. I did the bike for 20 min, walked on the hill version on the treadmill for 20 min, 20 min of the elliptical, and 20 minutes of weights! God is very good to me for allowing me to still lose weight! I admit I've had a few things that weren't on the diet haha but I didn't go overboard! Its important to have at least one day a week where you have that SMALL piece of cake or those sweet potato fries, because if you don't satisfy your cravings, when you do get the food you won't be able to stop eating it haha. So don't call it cheating! Call it adding your favorite things in moderation!! In addition, I've been eating a lot of turkey products I love it and I will probably never eat pork again because its waaaay too salty and always gave me headaches. My week is going great and my next consultation is on Monday the 13th, I will have a video up after the meeting!

Passing the Plateau

Finally my weight has moved. I lost 2+ pounds since yesterday! I'm now at 287...43.2 pounds gone! I haven't been this weight since senior year in hs. I'm very excited because I've only been on maintenance since Wednesday, so it's going well!

Maintenance Day 1

Already getting off to a great start. I woke up this morning and I had already lost 1.2 pounds :) I'm 9 pounds from my first goal of 50 pounds, then after that the next goal is 75 pounds because I promised myself my very first Brazilian Wax hahaha sorry if that is too much info. Ultimately, 63 days ago I started at being 150 pounds from my goal of 180, now I am 109 pounds from my goal!!

Lemon Pepper Tilapia



I'm Making this right now for dinner!

--Squeeze lemon juice over tilapia
--Season tilapia with Lawry's low sodium Garlic Pepper
--Top it off with parsley flakes
--Add paprika to make it brown !
--Cook until flakes, about 40-45 minutes!
--Enjoy!


Day 62

Today is the second day after I finished the protocol and tomorrow I begin maintenance. They said we have to eat like we ate on  the program for 2 days after. Tomorrow I'm kinda nervous about the way that I'm going to eat, because I have to increase my calories to 1200. On the program I've been eating around 800 and that's been a good amount of food. Here's what I'm thinking of eating tomorrow for day 1 of maintenance:

Breakfast: 
3 slices of turkey bacon - 90 cal
1 Banana - about 105 cal


Snack: Orange - 37 cal

Lunch: 
4 oz turkey burger - 180 cal
1 1/3 cup of peas- about 140 cal
Apple- 44 cal

Snack:
Apple - 44 cal
Bouari Bar** (I will explain below!) - 190 cal

Dinner: 
6 oz of baked chicken drumsticks - about 225 cal
Spinach leaf Salad with Roma tomato & 1 package of fat free Italian dressing - 30 cal
1 cup of green beans - 90 cal

Total - 1175!


This is the first time in my life that I'm saying that eating more is going to be a challenge for me!! In additon, I put asterisks by Bouari Bar! I got some from the clinic yesterday and they are soooo good! They said we can use them if we are in a hurry in the morning and don't have time to make breakfast, and I think I'm going to use them as snacks sometimes too, to get my calories up! I have the Coconut Almond flavor! So yummy! Well if you all have any suggestions of what I could eat to get my calories to 1200 every day, please let me know! I definitely need help EATING MORE ;))

Day 60

Still at 40 pounds today but thats ok because at least I didnt gain anything lol!! I had to reschedule my appt until tomorrow! I will be going on maintenance for 3 weeks then starting back up! Even though I cant take the spray on maintenance, I will still use the appetite support pill and the vitamin b12! And I'm gonna be working out a lot. In addition, just because I'm done with the program, I will still be blogging like normal, I'm not just gonna disappear on you all, because you've all been so great to me! We can do this together!!


EDIT: I will not be using the pills or vitamin! I am gonna try to do it on my own!!

Recipes & Extras :)

This Gum is Apple pie flavored and I swear when it feels like I wanna snack, I chew a piece of this sugar free gum and it makes me forget that I even wanted something! It tastes just like pie so my mom and I have it for dessert and we joke around and say "are you ready for dessert, only one slice OK?" hahaha.


I cooked this yesterday. Un-breaded chicken tenderloins! I seasoned with Onion Powder, Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb, Grill Mates Barbeque seasoning, and Oregano! Then I chopped up green onion, celery, and red pepper! Then I let it cook for an hour! In addition, I had some Green beans that I seasoned with the Bragg's Liquid Amino's (substitute soy sauce found in the book!!) and some garlic pepper! Then sliced some tomato! Tastes great with chicken! In addition, you can have 4 tenders because thats only 132 calories!!
  


If you're in a hurry one day, go to subway and ask for a sub without the bread, and watch them look at you like you are crazy hahaha. I went to subway a week ago and asked for the roast beef without the bread and the lady took 2 minutes to understand why haha. Then she wrapped it all like it was a real sandwich hahahaha! So I got lettuce, tomato, cucumber, jalepenos, banana peppers, and green pepper! Then I topped it with spicy mustard! Yum!!

I've lost 35.4 pounds!! In just 7 weeks I've lost 12+ inches and I feel great! I'm happy for tomorrow being day 50! In addition, my mom has lost 26 pounds! So together we have lost 61.4 pounds!!! I'm so proud of us.

Just Incase...

If you're wondering, I am still alive hahah! Its 2:44am but I had to tell you all great things! I know its been a couple days, but I'm now at 33.2 pounds lost and I'm excited to say that  is 10% of my overall body weight GONE!!! I'm really excited, because studies show that losing just 10% of your body weight can increase your health dramatically! I'm really happy to check the scale when I wake up because not only did I work out yesterday but I started a new job and its really demanding on the body. I sweated for 5 hours at work! I even boughht my mom some things because she has lost 25 pounds in 44 days and she is 51! Yes even "mature" people lol can lose weight!!

Making a Change

38+ days ago, I would have never dared to share what I would eat when I went out to eat. It was embarrassing and after I ate I would feel unworthy, disgusted, sick to my stomach (greasy food), and ashamed that I ate so much. I thought I would share with you all the food that I used to eat, and I promised myself I could never and would never go back to that routine. Take note that whatever I listed at that restaurant is what I ate in ONE SITTING.

McDonalds
 -- 2 McDoubles, large frie, and large strawberry shake OR large coke
Raising Canes Chicken Fingers
 --6 Chicken fingers, 2 Texas Style Toast, 2 sauces, large fries, and large sweet tea
Famous Dave's BBQ
--1 rack of rib, corn bread, chicken, beans, fries, and a margarita
Chipotle
 --Steak Burrito with lettuce, beans, rice, corn, salsa, guacamole and large bag of Tortilla chips w/ Guac
Wendy's
--10 Spicy nuggets, large chocolate frosty, 1 double decker burger, and large chili w/ crackers
 Churches Chicken
 -- 4 pieces of fried chicken, 2 cups of fried Okra, fries, 2-3 biscuits and soda
Jack N the Box
 -- 1 Jumbo jack, large fries, 2 tacos, and large strawberry shake

-- 17 wings (I'm not kidding), large fries, 3 to 6 buttered rolls, and soda

--4 to 6 rolls, which is equivalent to about 32 to 48 pieces, and ice cream

After looking at this list, it makes me sad to know I was killing myself like this....At the time the food made me excited to eat it because it was so good, but in the quantities I was eating it in, I could've been dead before 25. I'm grateful that God brought me to the Bouari Clinic so I could change the way I eat, and lead a better lifestyle. Not only was I eating this way, but my mom was eating this way too. We could have killed ourselves. Thank God that I woke up before it was too late. I can't eat like that anymore and I don't want to. In my mind I have always loved myself, but this food made me into a 330 pound 21 year old...That's not the life I want to live anymore and the Bouari Clinic has helped me to eat in a way that will help me live the long happy life that we all want to live.

Exercise

So today I started working out! I was on the treadmill for 20 minutes. I walked 17 of those minutes at 3.0 mph then I jogged 3 minutes at 3.5 mph! Yes I said jog! The best part is that I wasn't out of breath jogging like I used to be. The most I could jog before was less than a minute. I'm gonna add a little treadmill to my program because I've been plateauing a little more often. I'm not sure if I need more activity or not, but its worth a try. In addition, starting yesterday I've added 2 prunes per day to my food because those have really helped me get rid of more waste. Other than today, I've been doing really good with the program, I'm still on my first bottle of spray so I'm really looking forward to starting the next bottle within the next few days. I hope that the prunes and exercise will give me a bang on the scale tomorrow, because my confidence really needs it haha!

29 days

Tomorrow is my 30th day and I'm going in for my 3rd follow up! Really excited and I haven't been weighing myself because I want to be surprised tomorrow! In addition, I will have a 30 day vlog up tomorrow night! I hope this isn't too personal, but when I lose 50 more pounds, my treat will be my first ever Brazilian Wax!!! lol Yes, I'm serious. Inspiration

So I edited a picture and I know it looks a little weird, but its inspiring to me to see how I'm GOING to look, once all my hard work has paid off!


Happy Monday! Day 25.

So  today is my 26th day but I was too busy yesterday to write about the official day 25 haha, but I am at 25 pounds lost! Also, I tried some food that I've never tried before. Grilled GROUND chicken! It was super yummy and it was like a burger that was chicken, therefore, a chicken burger haha! I had that for breakfast this morning with egg whites and then I just had it again for lunch with a slice of green bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes! Everything is going really good and my weightloss had plateaued for 2 days last week so I ate apples as snacks for that day, followed by a steak and green veggies for dinner. That eliminated my frustration with the scale and I woke up 1 pound lighter! Hope everyone's day is going great!

Day 23: 21 days not including the 2 binge days

Lost 2 more pounds over night!! At 24 this morning. Breakfast was really good, I had the egg whites that come in a container called "South West Style" and they come with chopped up green peppers, red peppers, and a little seasoning. Not to mention it's only 20 calories per egg! In addition, I had sliced strawberries and an orange vitamin water zero called "Rise." very tasty!

So my mom and I used this little slider maker and they turned out perfect! No bread needed! In addition, 5 burgers are only 340 calories total!! I only had 3 and I'm saving the rest for lunch tomorrow, but they are very tasty and low in calories! Yum Yum!!


Ingredients:
--1 pound of lean hamburger (91% +)
--Season accordingly, no table salt!! (I'm in love with Onion Powder and Mrs. Dash Table Blend)
--Sliced peppers, tomato, onion, whatever ya like!
--Toothpicks

Follow up 3

Went in today and I have lost 19 pounds in 19 days! I lost another inch around my breast, an inch from my waist, an inch from my hips, a half inch off my right thigh, and an inch off my right arm!!! Pretty exciteddd!!!! It's going so perfect. God willing, I hope to keep being consistent with the weight loss!

In addition I want to make a special shout out to a new friend of mine named Leanne. She said I inspired her to join the program and it just makes me feel amazing to know that people care about my blog, my videos, my progress, and I'm inspiring them to give this program a try! Good luck with everything Leanne and anyone else that is on the program or thinking of it!

Chili's

I have always loved to eat at Chili's, but now with being on the program, I don't want to eat anything that is going to jeopardize my weight loss. Before the program, I would go there with my mom and we would get the 2 for $35 deal. That includes two margaritas, chips and guacamole dip, and we would choose the Chicken fajitas (you get six!) and we would have a brownie and vanilla ice cream dessert!! I know that's a lot, because when we left we could hardly walk because we were so full. But yesterday was the first time I have been to chili's in 16 days ( I went on the 2nd day of my fat loading day!) and I looked at the "light choice menu!" It was some great looking food on it too. I had a chicken breast with some kind of spicy mixture on it, broccoli and peppers! and 3 glasses of water!! I can definitely see how my ways with food are changing. I'm grateful for the Bouari Clinic, for helping me change my eating habits.

Healthy Meat Loaf: Same greatness!

For dinner I made my very first meat loaf!! I love to cook and I had always watched my mom make it, but I never knew how. So today I made a heathier "just-as-tasty" version!

Some of my meatloaf ingredients were substituted for other ingredients!

Usual: Dairy Milk, Whole Eggs, Bread crumbs, and Meat loaf seasoning

My Version: Almond Milk (dairy free), Egg whites, NO bread crumbs, and Low sodium Meat Loaf seasoning! In addition I added Chopped Green peppers and Onion Powder!

INSTRUCTIONS:
-Heat oven to 350
-Mix your 93% lean beef with Low sodium Meat Loaf Seasoning, 1/2 cup of Almond Milk, 2 egg whites, and chopped green pepper (optional)
-Place the meat on an aluminum foil covered pan
-Form into a loaf! (Start with your meat in a rectangular shape and push the edges in to form loaf.
-Cook for 1 hour!
-Enjoy with a Romaine lettuce salad, steamed veggies, etc!

Yummy Recipes

I like to use sea salt and Mostly Onion powder or Garlic Powder, and Mrs. Dash salt-free seasoning on all my food!


Stuffed Pepper
This one was really delicious! I stuffed cooked lean beef with orange, yellow and red peppers into a baked green pepper! and on the side I had Okra and green beans!

Instructions
-Take a large green pepper (or any color) cut the seeds and center piece out
-Put pepper in the oven to bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes (while cooking meat)
-Get lean ground beef and season accordingly then break into pieces and put into skillet
-Cut Red, orange, and yellow peppers in 1/2 pieces and put in skillet
-Once meat mixture is done, stuff into bell pepper and put back into oven until the previous 20 minutes is completed.
-Once done, top with Pico De Gallo and Salsa!





                                                      Steak Fajita
This was Top sirloin and shredded bell peppers! The fajita without the tortilla!

Instructions:
-Chop up Top Sirloin steak into 1 inch pieces and season accordingly and place in skillet
-Chop up green, yellow, red, and orange peppers in any combination, into 2 inch strips
-Then cook your peppers in a separate skillet and season with Onion Powder, the taste is amazing!
-Once everything is prepared, Lay your bed of peppers and top with the Steak
-If you want to add salsa that would be more fajita-esque or even Soy sauce for an Asian Inspired dish!

Goodmorning ladies! Another 2 POUNDSSSSSS!!!! It's starting to be unbelievable when I look at the scale haha can't believe it. 10 pounds gone in 8 days, (6 days not including 2 fat loading days).

Excited

Woke up this morning weighed myself, and I'm down another 2 pounds, so that is 8 pounds!


Dinner was delicious might I add. I cooked 93% lean beef in the skillet with red, orange, and yellow peppers. I seasoned with Onion Powder, Hamburger Time Seasoning, and Mrs. Dash Table Blend. Meanwhile, I had a large green pepper baking in the oven (take out the center and the seeds first) then I stuffed the meat inside. In addition I have green beans as a side vegetable dish. Never had the stuffed pepper recipe before, but it was sooo good and I can't wait to make it again. I was afraid that with a new "diet" program, you have to give up the foods that taste good. NOT TRUE. Everything I've eaten has great flavor and I actually want to eat it.

Day 6

Hello everyone! I have been on the program for 6 days now, or 4 days not including the binge days and I'm already down 6 pounds! For the first time in my life, I look forward to checking the scale FIRST THING, every morning that I wake up. The great news about that is there's a different number every morning!!

Weighing Less, Day 4, Diet Day 2!

I weighed myself first thing this morning (after using the bathroom) and I have lost 4 POUNDS over night. Now this is exciting to me, because I haven't worked out at all besides day-to-day walking around, and I've cut my portions back. Basically eating smaller portions has allowed the Advantage spray and the Appetite support pill to take extra energy from my body (fat storages) in order to nourish my body. I feel very energized and I'm very excited to see that I've loss PURE FAT not just all water weight. I'm finally convinced that this stuff really works!!!!

Bouari Clinic Day 3: Diet Day 1

Ok ladies! I've been on the protocol for 3 days now. The first two days were the binge days or "fat loading" days, and today was the first day of the diet. I've been taking the Advantage spray, the Vitamin B-12 drops, and today i started taking the appetite support pills and they helped me stay full longer and I loved it. Below is a little preview of what I ate today:


Breakfast: 2 egg whites, seasoned with onion powder and garlic powder
Snack: 1 cup of cantalope
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad
Snack: 1 cup of strawberries, sweetened with Stevia (Natural sweetener, unlike Splenda or real Sugar cane)
Dinner: 8 oz of Top Sirloin, seasoned with Mrs. Dash Table Blend Seasoning, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, and soy sauce, Broccoli, and Romaine lettuce salad
Snack(Dessert)- Vanilla Baked Apple






I have found in my book, given to me by the Bouari Clinic, a delicious alternative to sugary desserts.


Vanilla Baked Apple:
-Cut your apple down the middle, in half
-Core the apple by taking out the seeds and making a pit-like hole
-Mix 1 tbsp of cinnamon, 1 tbsp of water, and 10-15 drops of Vanilla flavored Stevia
-Take the mixture and put in the core of apple
-Sprinkle cinnamon and vanilla drops over apple
-Bake for 25 minutes on 350!
-ENJOY!!!!

Binge day 1 review

I can honestly say Day 1 of the "fat loading" was a piece of cake. You're supposed to eat 50% more of what you normally eat, to prepare your body for the actual diet. For breakfast I had 3 pieces of toast with lots of butter and a pear. For my 1st snack I had 2 mini reese's buttercups. Lunch I had 3 pieces of fried chicken and spaghetti with extra sauce. For my 2nd snack I had an apple with 4 tbsp of peanut butter. Lastly for dinner I had chicken fajitas with lots of GUACAMOLE (fatty), cheese (super fatty), and sour cream (extra fatty) hahaha. Then my last snack was cheesecake. Ok!!! and I had a sweet treat from dairy queen lol...You beat it out of me! But all of this was good for the binge day. I did my last 3 sprays at 11pm because you do it before bed, but I'm up watching movies and blogging! Hopefully I lost some fat today, regardless of eating all that. AND the funny part is, I didn't even want to eat!!! My brain for the first time in my life was actually telling me that I DIDN'T want any food. (????) I know... that's pretty amazing, because I always want to eat even when I'm not hungry. So I think this stuff is working already. PLUS I haven't experienced any side effects because all the ingredients are natural or homeopathic. Well I'm gonna call it a night! I'll let you know what my scale tells me in the morning!!

Bouari Clinic: Binge day 1

So today I woke up, weighed myself, took the advantage spray 3 times under my tongue and 5 drops of the vitamin B-12, under my tongue as well. It was easy and painless and now I'll begin the "fat loading." I thought I'd start breakfast off with toast, and EXTRA butter lol. They gave me a food journal, so I'll be logging everything so when I go back in 10 days for a follow up, the nurse will know what I've been eating. I'll  check back later.

Bouari Clinic 2nd consultation

Hello!! So today I went in for my 2nd consultation! They measured me, weighed me, and answered any of my final questions. I got the 25 day protocol to start with and tomorrow I'm starting my 1st "binge day." If you're not very familiar with the Bouari Clinic, then you wouldn't know what a binge day is, right? The first two days of the 25 day protocol are called binge days because you're supposed to eat all the foods you want (not to the point of making yourself sick) but so you "wake up" your fat storages and prepare them to burn on day 3 and so on! I'm pretty excited, I went grocery shopping today and I got everything I will need, like fish, chicken breast, top sirloin, veggies, fruits, pretty much all the stuff I eat any way. The diet is pretty strict but I just measure portion size instead of calories. I'm really excited to start tomorrow and I will let you all know how it goes!


In addition, I had McDonalds this morning and Taco Bell in the evening and I did this to really pay attention to how it made me feel after. My stomach always hurts after fast food and I feel sick to my stomach. I definitely won't miss that feeling, and I'm content enough to say goodbye to my old eating habits. I feel confident that the Bouari Clinic will help me with my goals, as long as I help myself!

Fab Intro

I just want to  start by thanking you for coming to my blog! I've never been into online journals, but I wanted to write about my progress with a weight loss program that I'm starting. Like many women, weight has been an issue for me since I was a child. I've tried many supplements before, I would lose the weight, and then once I stopped I would gain it back. I'm tired of losing the usual 10 or 20 pounds, what's wrong with a big girl losing 50 or 100 pounds! With that being said, I've been researching the Bouari Clinic for about 3 months now. This is a weight loss clinic on West Sahara and they have a 25 or 50 day protocol to help metabolize 2000 calories of adipose tissue every day! This will help women to lose 1/2 to 3/4 of a pound EVERY day. After my research, it may even seem that women lose up to 1 pound per day! Now that may sound like it's hard to believe, but it's definitely not going to be an easy ride. Hard work has to go into this program and like everything else I do, I will put my best foot forward and work hard. This program in addition is not cheap at all, but when it comes to your health, price shouldn't matter. In Las Vegas, it is $299 for 25 days or $399 for 50 days, depending on how much weight you want to lose! I also want to add that I will not be doing HCG shots (although that is another program) I will be doing the sublingual (under the tongue) spray. I will be writing about the TRUTH of this product, because I have not be paid to give feedback.

I will be attending the Bouari Clinic this week to get my 50 day protocol and I will let you know more about it as I find out. I know it's safe and FDA registered, so I'm going to trust that. Please check back this week, I will have a video and more information!!
