Day 25

I have decided to start my maintenance early, because my weightloss has slowed down a lot! After talking to my nurse at the clinic, I found out I haven't been eating enough so I'm accidentally starving my body! The good part is that I've been sooo full that I haven't wanted to eat more, but eating less has made my weightloss plateau! If you go to the West Sahara clinic I will be giving them some of my recipes to put in their recipe book that lays on their coffee table! In addition, as soon as I get my new internet connection this week I will FOR SURE put recipes here. Sorry for the delay, busy with school and work. Now I'm going to start working out again, so I'm pretty excited to get my gym membership this week at 24 hour fitness! More updates soon!!

Good News!

Tomorrow is my 12 day check up so I am very excited to see how many inches I have lost! I'm very proud of myself as far as eating right, walking a mile a day, and losing weight faster this 3rd round! I will update you all tomorrow once I find out all the info. In addition, I am going to the grocery store tomorrow too, to get more food. I want to change up my fruit selection and get pears, blueberries, and raspberries! Until tomorrow!

Round 3: Day 10

Hello everyone! I weighed myself this morning and have lost 13 lbs, and without the two binge days, it has only been 8 days!! I'm also excited for my checkup at the clinic on Thursday! I'm already noticing more changes in my body. my stomach looks smaller and I've had a lot more energy! Also, for the last two days I have been walking a mile before I eat breakfastn to help my metabolism :). In addition, tonight I'm making beef stirfry! one of my favorite recipes! I will post a picture and the recipe later when I  am making it!

Day 6

Today is off to a great start. I woke up, took my spray and made some lunch. I had baked chicken tenders, greens, and sliced tomato! I have lost 8 pounds as of this morning! without the 2 binge days it has been 8 pounds in 4 days!!! :) I'm really excited for this year and I can't wait to lose 87 more pounds!!

ROUND 3 BOUARI CLINIC

Hello everyone!

I have started the Bouari Clinic 60 day protocol once again! Today is the 4th day of my diet (2 days of binge, and 2 days of dieting) and I have already lost 5 pounds! I am excited to begin again and get even more fit! I hope everyone had a great New Years and now it's time to start the year fresh and with a healthy change! I will contiue to blog about my success as well as recipes, etc!
