Day 1: Binge, Protocol Round 4!

Just started my binge today, I'm very happy to be back on the program after a few months of being off of it! Today for my Fat Loading Day, I had fried chicken, potato wedges, cookies, juice, and Mc Donalds! You have to go crazy for the Binge Days, so it will give you good results on Day 4 (2 binge days, 1 diet day, then on the morning of the second diet day you will have lost anywhere from (2 pounds-5 pounds in some cases for me!) I love the protocol and I want to lose even more weight then I lost from my combined protocols (67 pounds.) Wish me luck and check back at least once a week for updates, etc!!
