This was my 1st day back on the diet, after the 2 binge days! Here is what I ate today!
Breakfast: 1 Chicken Breast and 2 large Strawberries (Vitamin Water)
Snack: 1 cup of Broccoli and 3 large Strawberries (Bottled Water)
Lunch: 1 Chicken Breast and Broccoli (Bottled Water)
Snack: None today (Bottled Water)
Dinner: 5 oz of 93% lean hamburger, green beans and 4 Large Strawberries (Vitamin Water)
And I plan to not snack on any fruit tonight. I want tomorrow's scale reading to be perfect, because I'm really trying hard to lose weight (again).
