Today is the 3rd day that I've been drinking my Veggie/Fruit smoothies for breakfast and lunch, and I've lost 4 more lbs!! Really excited for this new lifestyle change.
Today I made this smoothie for Lunch!
4 strawberries
1/4 cup of raspberries
1 orange
1 raw broccoli
1 raw carrot
1 cup of water
4 cubes of ice
I feel full all day, and this new additive to my diet helps me to lose more weight with what I lost with the Bouari Clinic!
