Maintenance Day 5

Still at 41 pounds, but at least I havent gained any weight! I guess that's why its called maintenance! I've been working out and still eating right! Hopefully I can lose 9 more pounds on maintenance, that would make me hit my 50 pound goal and I would love that!

  1. awesome! so what kind of workouts are you doing? Also what kind of workouts were you doing while on diet phase? I've been fluctuating from 238-246 the past week, driving me nuts and Ive actually been staying at 500-600 and eating fish and cabbage citrus fruits and doing some light cardio.

    1. Right now I've been lifting weights a little, and walking on the Hill on the treadmill at 3.0mph for an hour, or I'll do Tae Bo for 45 minutes. I try to workout at least 3 times a week. on the diet I was walking 3 times a week for 15-20minutes, and I didnt start working out until Week 5, because thats when I started plateauing. I tried to keep my calories closer to 650-800, try switching up what you eat, because you dont want your body to get used to a certain amount of calories and hold on to the weight. Add some new fruits, veggies, and maybe have chicken or a steak for dinner in stead. Also try the Apple Day, eat apples all day then have a steak for dinner with a cucumber and tomato salad!
