Hello everyone! I weighed myself this morning and have lost 13 lbs, and without the two binge days, it has only been 8 days!! I'm also excited for my checkup at the clinic on Thursday! I'm already noticing more changes in my body. my stomach looks smaller and I've had a lot more energy! Also, for the last two days I have been walking a mile before I eat breakfastn to help my metabolism :). In addition, tonight I'm making beef stirfry! one of my favorite recipes! I will post a picture and the recipe later when I am making it!
