I've read your entire blog - thanks so much for posting your journey, it has been so inspiring! I'm just starting my Bouari journey so I'm looking forward to more of your posts - keep up the great work!
hey im 20 yrs old & im doing the 60day protocal, im looking for some advice today is my 9th day on the bouari diet & ive only lost like 5pounds & ive been at the same weight for like 3days & i havent cheated on my diet. Has this happened to you?
When you hit a plateau it could be many things. Are you drinking enough water for your body weight? Are you having fruits in the evening? Are you eating enough? Are your portion sizes at the right amount? What kind of seasonings are you using? You have to ask yourself all of these questions because they are all factors! Fruit in the evening holds on to weight because it has sugar, which is a simple carbs that turns into fat. Limit fruits or even cut them out for a week. Drink plenty of water! Stick with seasonings that are listed in the book! Eat enough 600-800 calories and don't go overboard! Lastly, keep portions at the appropriate amount! You should be good! Even try an apple day! Nothing but apples for the entire day! Let me know if you need more advice!!
