Goodmorning!!!
I weighed in this morning and I have lost 3.8 lbs, OVERNIGHT. I am so excited!! Here's what I'm going to eat today:
Breakfast: 1 cup of Green Beans, 1 Orange
Snack: 3 large strawberries
Lunch: 4 oz of Top Sirloin, veggie
Snack: 1 apple
Dinner: Chicken Salad, made with fresh spinach instead of lettuce!
It feels so good to be eating healthy again. I now have more energy and I feel better every morning since I've eaten better. I will have a video up in 10 days, for my 2 week progress!!
