More Food and Recipes I made this week :)


Chicken Fajita without the Tortilla! Makes 2 servings
--3 Chicken breasts
-- 2 Tomatoes
-- 2 Celery Stalks
-- 3 Green Onion Stalks
--1 Green Pepper
--Perfect Pinch Lemon Pepper Seasoning
--Perfect Pinch Fiesta Citrus Seasoning

Instructions:
--I like to bake my chicken in the oven for 50 min on 350 then when its done, I put my chopped veggies in the skillet for a few minutes and I season with sea salt then add the chicken to warm it all together!



Meat Loaf!
NO breadcrumbs, NO egg, NO milk, NO worries!
Makes 8 Slices
--1 Pack of low sodium Meat Loaf Seasoning
--1 lb of 93%+ lean beef
--2 celery stalks
--3 green onion stalks
--2 green onions
--Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes on 350!
