Day 6

Hello everyone! I have been on the program for 6 days now, or 4 days not including the binge days and I'm already down 6 pounds! For the first time in my life, I look forward to checking the scale FIRST THING, every morning that I wake up. The great news about that is there's a different number every morning!!

    1. I'm on the Bouari Clinic Protocol :) ! I have their Advantage Spray and I take 3 sprays under the tongue twice everyday and their Appetite Support Pill helps to burn more fat and keep the metabolism up! What happens is I eat smaller portions and the Advantage Spray helps to fuel my body by taking fat from my fat storages in order to compensate for the less calories. So basically my body is eating itself haha! I eat lean beef, chicken breast, fish, and top sirloin, veggies, and fruits!

      This is my meal plan schedule:

      Breakfast
      snack
      Lunch
      snack
      Dinner
      snack

      On a typical day this might be something I'd eat.

      Breakfast: 3 egg whites and 1 cup of Almond Milk

      Snack: Apple

      Lunch: Grilled Chicken Breast and 1 cup of Broccoli

      Snack: 1 cup of Cantaloupe

      Dinner: 8oz of Top sirloin sliced over a bed of Red, Green, and Orange Peppers and seasoned with Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, and Soy Sauce

      Snack(If Wanted): 1 cup of raspberries
